I got a call from someone who did not identify themselves or the company. Acted like they knew me.

Was told someone would be by the next day to drop off some informative paperwork. When they arrived (30 minutes early) they acted like they were scheduled for a meeting. Two hours later, I was cajoled into signing a form that he claimed obligated me to NO PAYMENT unless I decided to contract your company to follow your accountants recommendations. This was a LIE.

After signing this "no obligation form" I received a bill demanding payment for $1300 that we "signed and were bound in a contract for". This company is deceptive, high pressure, and preys on small businesses. Don't make the same mistake I did.

A satisfied customer tells one person. A dissatisfied customer tells EVERYONE (and that is our plan).

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $23.

I didn't like: Liars cheats thieves.
